What Fabulous Writers & Readers!

Wow! Our workshops are in full swing! We've practiced using strategies that all good readers use, and we are learning to use strategies that real writers use to write personal narratives. Our first unit will be completed next week and I can't wait to read all the published pieces at our 1st publishing party! Next up: A unit on reading fiction with a focus on characterization and a corresponding unit on fiction writing with a focus on developing realistic characters.
